Manager , Business and Financial Anlaysis
Monitor the development and impact of new IFRSs and SFRSs and other regulatory changes like Singapore Companies Act, SGX and ACRA
Provide technical advisory support by carrying out relevant research and addressing technical queries raised by group companies
Engage group companies on a regular basis by providing guidance and conducting outreach sessions such as workgroups, trainings and seminars
Establish and review accounting policies to ensure compliance across the group
Conduct compliance check on internal processes to enhance corporate governance

Senior/ Executive (Sustainbility)
Develop and produce corporate communications literature including sustainability reports, newsletters, press releases, speeches, presentation slides and brochures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement coordinated sustainability strategies.
Drive awareness of sustainable business practice throughout the organisation by supporting internal communication and learning initiatives.
Manage corporate sponsorships, including implementing branding and publicity strategies for sponsorships and events.

Serve as a point of contact for the investment community
Monitor and summarise analyst/market/news reports and provide prompt feedback to the management
Develop the annual report, presentations and other communication materials for the investment community
