Senior Manager , Evalution
Lead and manage the evaluation of new business ideas or opportunities and/or mergers and acquisitions as well as the development of appropriate transaction and capital structures (for identified medium-scale projects) to support MISC Group’s business growth and operational needs.
Review and evaluate project economics or valuation, review of legal, regulatory and taxation requirements and identification of post-merger integration issues, etc.
Lead and manage the identification, origination or recommendation of an appropriate transaction structure/ approach (such as joint venture agreements, Memorandum of Understanding) to ensure effective execution of the transaction.

Manager , Talent Souring (HR Sea)
Plan and manage medium and long term sea staff recruitment plan in line with the number of Fleet Management Services (FMS) fleet vessels focusing on Top 4 officers to ensure the consistent availability of seafarers.
Plan, manage and control recruitment selection process such as the requisition, outsourcing, screening, recruitment advertisement, shortlisting and selection to ensure it conforms to recruitment and appointment policies and procedures.
Review and update the HRM Sea recruitment policies and procedures to ensure its relevancy for recruiting the best talent to meet the current and future MISC’s FMS sea staff requirements.

Manager , Energy Efficiency
Assess and analyse compiled and consolidated vessels data daily. Prepare recommendations to mitigate any deviations from benchmark.
Study, analyse and introduce latest developments, innovations in technologies, latest scientific discoveries, etc. to be implemented on board vessels to achieve higher efficiency on energy and promote conservation of the environment.
Provide plans, proposals, strategies, remedies, best practices, programs, approaches, etc. to the user department for implementation.

Executive,Audit
Gather planning documents for developing the Audit Planning Memorandum (APM) of an audit project / assignment.
Prepare Audit Planning Documents i.e. Planning Assesment Matrix (PAM), identifying among others the key risk factors, expected and existing controls, and determine data/information for testing/analysing for the assigned areas within an audit assignment.
Compile and analyse data and supporting documents during fieldwork and analyse the results of the audit test, root cause and effectiveness of key internal controls and efficiency of the operational processes.
Develop individual audit findings and draft audit report per requirements / guidelines.

Manager,Talent Development
Plan, design and manage the implementation of suitable leadership and career developmental programs with the objective to develop, nurture, harness and condition the readiness of Corporate and Business leaders to meet MISC Group of companies’ career succession and leadership development requirements.
· Manage and review the Succession Planning Framework which involves the identification of critical positions and eligibility criteria.
· Identify, evaluate and propose suitable talents (such as HPS/QL) that meet Management’s criteria for talent review in MDC.

Executive , Computing Services
Support and maintain the ICT Computing Services (ICT Server, Storage, Desktop and Office Automation) resources to ensure the business applications and data are secured, available and accessible anytime and anywhere to support business users and functions.
• Implement systems capacity upgrades and fixes to ensure the services are running at the optimal level.
• Attend to all reported issues escalated by the ICT ServiceDesk and outsource service provider to ensure incidents are resolved within service level agreement and take initiative and steps to prevent similar incidents.
